2026 AEHL U18AAA SHOWCASE
October 9-11, 2026 | Booster Juice Recreation Center in Terwillegar

Hockey Edmonton and the Edmonton Junior Oilers U18AAA program are excited to host staff, players, and families at the 2026 AEHL U18AAA Showcase.

Spectator Information:

  • Purchase your weekend admission passes before Saturday, October 10, 2026 at noon to receive early bird pricing! Admission Pass prices increase at 12:01 pm on Saturday, October 10, 2026.

    • Please note: There is only one game being played on October 9, 2026 at 7:45PM. All other games are on October 10-11, 2026.

    • Only weekend admission passes available (no daily/game tickets).

    • NO cash admission option will be available at the door.

    • AEHL U18AAA Season Passes will NOT be accepted at the Showcase.

    • Children 12 and under are free.

    • Junior level scouts are required to purchase an admission pass.

  • Admission passes must be scanned for entry (either via your mobile device or physical print out).

  • Only designated Team Staff (as outlined on AEHL website) and players receive complimentary admission to the Showcase event.

  • The 50/50 winning number will be posted by Monday, October 12, 2026 at 12:00 pm.

    • Proceeds from admission pass sales and the 50/50 raffle help cover the additional costs of running the AEHL U18AAA Showcase event. Thank you for supporting all AEHL U18 AAA athletes!

Team & Staff Information:

  • REFEREES & SCOREKEEPERS: have been scheduled and will be paid for by Hockey Edmonton.

    • Team Staff: Please ensure you are confirming lineups with the scorekeepers before the game and executing any statistical corrections no later than 10-minutes after the game.

    • Referees & Scorekeepers: Payments

    • can be signed for and collected in Tournament Room C.

  • PUCKS: All warmup and game pucks will be provided by Hockey Edmonton.

  • MUSIC: The HOME team must provide a person for in-game music (warmup and whistle breaks). Music device adapters can be available at the arena front desk for sign-out (we also suggest bringing your own adapters to ensure compatibility with arena equipment).

  • PENALTY BOX: Both the HOME and AWAY team must each provide ONE "penalty-box person" to operate their team's respective penalty box gate.

  • MVP PRESENTATIONS: At the end of each game, both teams will line up on their respective blue lines while each coach selects and presents their own team’s MVP award by the player benches. MVP awards are proudly sponsored by Edmonton’s United Sport & Cycle.
